At The Harbour View fish and chip shop in Seaton Sluice, queues on Good Friday can stretch for more than an hour.
So to help pass the time this year, the manager of the takeaway hired a musician to entertain people in line.
The News Post Leader went along to speak to people in the queue and find out what makes it worth the wait.
