Final homes for sale at Morpeth development

Construction at Bellway’s 90 homes Taylors Wynd development, at Hepscott Park, is expected to end in May with just three homes left for sale, including the Redwood showhome.

The development features 89 detached four-bedroom houses and one two-bedroom bungalow, which is one of the final homes remaining.

The planning contributions at Taylors Wynd include £585,000 for off-site affordable homes and £594,000 towards local schools.

The final homes remaining for sale at Taylors Wynd include two Redwood house types (including the showhome) priced from £489,995. The two-bedroom bungalow, The Fern, is priced from £364,995.
