FANS of film and TV sci-fi are being reminded they do not have long left to see an exhibition at Woodhorn Museum.
Invasion, featuring props, costumes and robots from favourite films and TV shows, has been a hit with visitors to the Ashington-based museum, but the doors close on Monday, September 3.
“We’ve had lots of good feedback from visitors this summer,” said Woodhorn director Keith Merrin.
“Objects and costumes from original productions and promotional items for movies and programmes have transformed the workshop galleries.
“The atmosphere is definitely out of this world.
“Items from Star Wars, Doctor Who, Alien and many more are on display as well as some well-known robots.”
Visitors on Bank Holiday Monday can get involved in some good old family fun at the Woodhorn Games.
Kids of all ages can take part in this free fun event which runs from 11am until 4pm.
Visitors should prepare themselves for the egg and spoon races, hula hooping and three-legged races.
The whole event is led by two highly energetic and entertaining performers.
