A mum from Blyth will hold a charity event next month to help raise funds for research into finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
Michelle Foster is planning a charity evening in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, as her two-year-old son Charlie suffers from the condition.
The night will take place on Friday, April 4, at the Side Club in Newsham, Blyth, from 7pm.
Michelle said: “We are trying to raise awareness because not enough people know how devastating CF can be.
“CF is a life shortening disease and we were totally devastated when we found out Charlie had it.
“Hopefully we can raise some money which will go towards research into finding a cure.”
Tickets are priced at £3 and will be available on the door.
