Bedlington students are being made aware of cyber bullying.

Police have delivered cyber bullying workshops to students in years 7,8,9 and 10 at Bedlingtonshire High School as part of the anti-bullying work carried out in the school.

During the workshop the students were ask to talk about their experiences with cyber bullying experiences and were given advice and guidance from the Community Support Officers.

Headteacher Stephen Griffiths said: “The workshop encouraged a healthy debate on the issues around cyber bullying and I am sure the students are confident enough to share what they have learnt with others.”
