He is one of two new employees taken on at its new office in Newcastle’s Collingwood Street, opened as part of its expansion plans for 2016.

The 22-year-old said: “Every day is different, and I love the new challenge and customer service aspect of the role.

“It involves using a friendly approach and building good rapport with clients.”

Established in 2005, PK Education has gone from strength to strength, increasing its annual turnover by nearly 1,500 per cent.

It is now on track to turn over £10m in 2016.

Adam will be managing the specialist staffing needs of secondary schools throughout the north east, including Durham, Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and Stockton.
