Rainbows and Brownies from Blyth have shown their support for a charity by taking part in the Great Daffodil Appeal.
Youngsters from 3rd Blyth group have been supporting Marie Curie by planting daffodil bulbs and taking part in a fundraising event.
Parents and friends of the Rainbows and Brownies joined them for a fundraising event where a variety of activities were available for everyone to try including flower-making, toasting marshmallows and quizzes.
And division commissioner Barbara Craigs took the chance to surprise Brownie leader Julie Golightly by presenting her with a 20 years’ service badge and certificate.
