Staff and residents at Woodhorn Park Care Home in Ashington teamed up to complete a six-hour exerciseathon for Sport Relief.
The aim of the day was for all partcipants to have fun and try new activities.
Dulcie was thrilled with learning to jive in the dance-off with Jimmy. Carol mastered the art of the hula hoop and Duncan found his feet with the Wii. All were dressed in red to celebrate and enjoy exercise.
General manager Julie Bond said: “The fund-raising for this year’s Sport Relief has been a great success. We have all had a huge amount fun whilst raising money for such a great cause.
“Well done to Julie, Carol, Cheryl, Jeanette, Mandy, Duncan, Kelly, Charlotte, Nicola, Amanda, Sadie, Dulcie, Jimmy, Nesta, and Jordan who took part, we are all immensely proud!”
