Cramlington Town FC U13 Boys’ team will certainly look the part in the Pin Point League 6 after getting new kit.

Triple Eight Garage Equipment in Ponteland has fully funded a training strip and tracksuit top for each member of the squad.

Darren Appleby, from the business, said: “It’s definitely worth it for a great set of kids and dedicated coaches and parents.”

And that’s not all, as IAS Medical Group in Darlington has provided a warm coat for each of the players.

Its managing director Peter Roberts said: “This was a special opportunity to help a local youth football team and IAS Medical is proud to be involved.

“We were delighted to see the team in their new jackets, and we wish them the very best of luck in their upcoming matches.”

Coach Adrian McClean has thanked the businesses for their support.

“We are delighted and overwhelmed with two great sponsors for our new team at Cramlington Town,” he said.

“The lads look amazing in their training kits, and so do the coaching team.

“Without local companies helping out local teams, I think grassroots football would struggle so a big thank you again to our sponsors.”

The side, which trains at Cramlington Sporting Club on Wednesdays, from 7pm to 8pm, is looking to strengthen the squad. Anyone interested should call Adrian on 07843 985973.
