Courses will be on offer at centre

ASHINGTON Women’s Health Advice Centre will be running health and wellbeing-related courses this autumn after securing a grant from the Big Lottery Fund.

The programme begins tomorrow with relaxation drop-ins, followed by tai chi from Friday, September 30. There will also be expressive art and wellbeing and empowering workshops.
