Virgin Money’s Morpeth and Cramlington branches have joined forces to box clever for a children’s charity.
The financial products firm’s Morpeth branch, in Bridge Street, and its Cramlington counterpart, in Dudley Lane, are collecting confectionery selection boxes for Cash for Kids.
Cramlington branch manager Dawn Williams said: “We are collecting selection boxes on behalf of Cash for Kids.
“It plays such an important part in our local community and does a lot of untold good for children who really need it.
“It doesn’t matter whether you are a Virgin Money customer or not. You can help to make a difference this Christmas by popping into the store and donating a selection box.”
“I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who makes a donation.”
“We are extremely grateful, and you could really help to make a difference this Christmas to a child who really needs it.”
Cash for Kids is a network of charities set up by Bauer Radio to help sick and underprivileged children fulfil their potential.
