A British track and field star has been giving tips and advice to youngsters in Cramlington.
Beaconhill Primary School took part in a fitness challenge as part of an inspirational visit from GB pole vaulter Sally Scott.
Sally spoke to the children about how she started in sport and athletics, her experience of winning a medal at the Commonwealth Games and then wowed them with her demonstration and by showing them how high she jumps.
All pupils from Reception to Year 6 also took part in a sponsored fitness challenge, through which they raised more than £700.
Some of this money is used to support Team GB athletes like Sally, while the rest of the money will be spent on new PE and sport equipment for the school.
