Youngsters at a south east Northumberland primary school having been taking part in a special week to learn about different cultures.
Cambois Primary School pupils have been involved in Culture Week, with themed lunches each day.
The meals included fish and chips, pasta, hotdogs and fries.
And as part of the week, the youngsters visited the Iskon Hindu Temple in Newcastle where they learned all about India and Hinduism.
Headteacher Marianne Allan said: “The whole week has been focused upon tolerance, appreciating difference and learning about modern Britain, as well as America, India and Italy.
“The children thoroughly enjoyed their week.”
