A Blyth store is pushing the boat out by organising four days of fun and entertainment.
Local bands and talent will be showcased during the programme that will run on the Tall Ships weekend (August 26-29) at Frameworks, which is housed in an elegant Victorian building on Bridge Street.
The picture framing and gift shop has already started preparations for the event, such as decorating the building with colourful bunting and bunting of international flags, together with silhouettes of tall ships at every window hand cut out of framing mountboard.
There will also be a range of nautical gifts to purchase in the shop and its very own Pop-Up Ice Cream Parlour will be in operation for all of the event.
Those who go along can enjoy live music from North Tyneside Steel Band and The Andrea Pattison Trio among others, including the local pianist who normally plays at Frameworks' art cafe.
Owner Angela Cosimini runs the store with John Wilson and they said they were both "very excited" for the event and hope that people will see what it has to offer.
The programme runs from 9am to 5pm on each of the four days.
