Event for Hallowe’en

A multi award winning park will be the spooky backdrop for a Hallowe’en event at the end of the month.

Visitors can take part in pumpkin carving or ‘creepy crafts’, or take a ‘wild winter scavenger walk’ in the ancient woodlands or Morpeth’s Carlisle Park.

Morpeth Tennis Club will be hosting ‘terrifying tennis’ taster sessions for children and adults of all ages, and water lovers can try their hand at canoeing on the river in ‘petrifying paddle sport’ activities, with prizes for best costume, visitors are encouraged to don their spookiest outfits.

The event ill run from 1-m to 4pm on Friday, October 30.
