It included a raffle, with the first prize a £200 Hays Travel voucher. There was also a DFDS mini cruise to be won and a fun game of guess how many sweets in the jar.

Overall, the Morpeth branch of Hays Travel managed to raise £701 for The Toby Henderson Trust, which is located at Earth Balance near Bedlington.

The charity provides relevant, appropriate and accessible support for autistic young people in the North East aged between two and 20.

Branch manager Kaye Clyne said: “We had a brilliant turnout and other local businesses were great at contributing to the raffle.”
