Business Northumberland, a support programme delivered by Arch, has teamed up with the Government department to host a free event for companies in the county that may be interested in exporting.

It will feature a Business Northumberland Exploring New Markets and Business Growth workshop at Wansbeck Workspace from 9.30am to 12.30pm.

Those who attend will receive support to identify business ambitions and develop potential channels and new routes to market, along with new business opportunities to enable growth.

In addition, there will be an opportunity to go on-board the Export Hub truck, meet a trade adviser and hear a case study from a local business that is already exporting with their support between 11am and 2pm.

Coun Dave Ledger, chairman of Arch, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for businesses located within Northumberland that are thinking about exporting.”
