Have a say on NHS services

People in Northumberland are being invited to take part in a project to collect information about how local health services are working for patients.

NHS Northumberland Clinical Commissioning Group, the body responsible for the majority of local health spending, will look at the information received to identify any themes or areas where improvements can be made to local NHS services. The project is a way to let people who have used services give feedback in a less formal way.

Patients can give their feedback by taking part in an online survey at www.northumberlandccg.nhs.uk/get-involved/tell-us-your-experience-of-local-nhs-care/ or via the Sensemaker app on an Apple device – (go to download activity and type in CEH-safety) – or to request a paper version, call (0191) 245 6708.
