Students have been preparing for their next educational step.
Pupils at Bedlingtonshire Community High School took part in the annual bridging course.
The week-long event aims to help Year 11 students in their transition to Sixth Form.
A school spokesperson said: “It is essential that they are ready for the new challenges ahead and that they have the information they need to make informed decisions about their future.”
Activities included taster sessions, the chance to talk to current Sixth Form pupils, and a presentation from Northumbria University to help prepare them for the next two years.
