A MOBILE information centre will be calling into the south east Northumberland next week to provide information about how exercise can benefit people affected by cancer.
Macmillan Cancer Support’s Mobile Information Centre is heading to Morpeth and Cramlington, offering free advice and information from the team of specialists on board.
The bus will be in Morpeth market place on Tuesday, September 27, from 10am to 4pm, and Manor Walks shopping centre in Cramlington, on Wednesday, September 28, from 10am to 4pm.
The visits follow the successful launch of Macmillan’s Move More campaign, which encourages people affected by cancer to take up exercise. Anyone who would like cancer information but cannot see the mobile team can visit www.macmillan.org.uk or call the Macmillan Support Line free on 0808 808 0000 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm).
