Parents and pupils take a tour of Bedlingtonshire Community High School.

Bedlingtonshire Community High School invited families of both current and prospective pupils to an open evening earlier this month to see what it has to offer.

Headteacher Stephen Griffiths gave a presentation about the ethos and values of the school, before parents were taken on small group tours of the building.

They saw demonstrations of dancing, drama and science experiments, delivered by staff, and were given the chance to try the school’s lunchtime menu.

The evening concluded with the opportunity to chat to teachers and other staff over refreshments.

The school wishes to thank all those who attended the event.

Its prospectus can be requested from the school office, or viewed on its website.
