Police appeal after theft of moped in Northumberland town

Police are appealing for witnesses after a moped scooter was stolen in Northumberland.

It happened sometime between 4pm and 9pm on Thursday, October 29, when the vehicle was taken from Victoria Terrace, Bedlington. The moped is described as a black TGB scooter, engine size 125 with a vehicle registration of NJ14 LLR.

Inquiries into the incident are ongoing and anyone who has information or who knows the whereabouts of the stolen moped is asked to contact police on 101 ext 69191 quoting reference 1080 29/10/15, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
