Quad bike stolen

THIEVES have stolen a quad bike from a farm at Blyth.

The red Yamaha 450cc off-road quad bike was taken between 10.30pm on Friday, March 18, and 5.45am the day after from an outbuilding at the Horton farm.

The thieves also made off with tools, a lawnmower and horse saddles and other riding equipment.

Blyth Neighbourhood Inspector Trevor Oakley said: “I’d appeal for anyone with any information into this burglary or anyone who has any knowledge of where these stolen items are being kept to contact police as soon as possible.

“If you are offered the quad, lawn mower, tools or any horse saddles for sale then contact police with any information.”
