East Chevington: Mr D. Angus, land north of Whitefield Farm Barns, Main Street, Red Row, detached two-storey dwelling and highway access.

Hepscott: Mr and Mrs Fryer, Burnside, outline planning application including access, with all other matters reserved, for three detached dwellings.

Morpeth: Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle, Collingwood House, Oldgate, listed building consent application – under pinning to kitchen walls and structural repairs to walls, floors and roof-timbers, internal alterations to include new kitchen and ceilings in church hall, internal alterations to Presbytery to include upgraded shower, toilet and kitchen fittings, creation of office space and installation of new boiler and associated flue; Mr Michael O’Driscoll, first and second floors, 21A-23 Bridge Street, convert vacant first and second floor office accommodation into four residential dwellings – works to include refurbishment of central stairwell, windows and parking area to rear of property.
