Staff at fashion retail store in Blyth are holding a night of entertainment this weekend to raise money for the children’s heart ward at the Freeman Hospital.
The event, at Blyth Comrades Club on Saturday, will include an evening of fun, a tombola that will run throughout the night, where various prizes have been donated by the staff of New Look’s store in the Keel Row.
There will also be a live band providing music for the event, and a disco will also be on the cards.
All tickets can be purchased from the Comrades Club or from the New Look store in the Blyth shopping centre for £4.
With this being the first fundraiser New Look have organised, store staff members are hoping that customers will reach out and purchase tickets for this worthy cause.
Staff don’t have an official target but are hoping to raise as much money as possible for the heart ward.
New Look store supervisor, Maria Newlands said: “I’m extremely excited to see all of the hard work the team have put into organising the event.
“We’re more than proud to be able to raise money for such a great cause.”
Keel Row centre manager, Callum Reid said: “I’m thrilled to see the staff at New Look working together to organise such a great event and I wish them every success for the night.”
