WERE you ill over the Christmas break when your GP’s surgery was closed? Did you have to use the GP Out of Hours service?
If you did, the Northumberland LINk would be interested in hearing your views on the service and whether you found it helpful or not.
This research into people’s experiences of using the GP Out of Hours service will be used to feed back and help improve the service.
There is a short online survey which you can complete by going to www.surveymonkey.com/s/gpoutofhours or via the Northumberland LINk’s website www.northumberlandlink.org.uk
Or you can tell Northumberland LINk worker Catherine Watson your views and complete the short survey over the phone – ring her on (01434) 600599 and she will call you back, or she can post out a copy of the survey to you to complete.
The survey will end on January 28.
Northumberland LINk is a local involvement network which exists to improve health and social care services in Northumberland. It is hosted by Adapt (NE), an organization working with and for people in Northumberland who are disabled or disadvantaged.
