This back street is surely not a priority

I was shocked to see that a back street in Stakeford was being resurfaced – the street was Milburn Terrace.

The county council tell us regularly in the press there is a shortage of money to repair all the roads in the county at this in time.

The roads are A roads and B roads.

So why is Milburn Terrace given priority over main roads?

Surely the A roads or B roads are more of a priority than Milburn Terrace, which is a back street road and not one of these roads mentioned.

So who is responsible to give permission for this back street to be done?

Are they going to do Seventh Row, Eighth Row and Ninth Row next? They are in instant need of repair.
