Patients, visitors and members of the public who have recently used services run by Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are being encouraged to feed back their experiences at a series of drop-in sessions.
As part of its continued commitment to listening to staff and local communities, Northumbria Healthcare will have teams on hand next week to gather feedback.
The trust wants to understand what people value the most about the care provided and the way it is delivered and also how things can be improved.
The drop-in sessions will be held on Wednesday, February 3, in the main entrances of North Tyneside General Hospital, from 10am to noon, and The Northumbria hospital, 2pm to 4pm, and on Thursday, February 4, at Hexham, 10am to noon, and Wansbeck, 2pm to 4pm.
