New purpose built workshops units at Cramlington have reached a major milestone where they are now near completion and ready to reserve.
Arch are constructing two high quality industrial units at 6,000 sq. ft. each at Nelson Park Network Centre in Cramlington.
The development will consist of two purpose built units to cater for the continued demand in south east Northumberland for space. Both units are available to reverse now and are also available to be taken as the full 12,000 sq. ft. of space for larger businesses – they will be ready for occupation in January 2016.

The units provide new business space for industrial and tradecounter use, close to local amenities and with good transport connections. The small development is high quality and offer practical interior layouts with on-site parking bays and external storage areas.
With a portfolio of 1 million sq. ft. of space, Arch is now building speculative business space throughout Northumberland. The first tenants moved into Blyth Workspace in March 2015, and a new office building in Berwick will be ready to occupy in 2016.
