A weekend of family tree crafts is taking place at a Northumberland museum.
Woodhorn, near Ashington, is hosting two days of crafts for youngsters who want to have a go at finding out more about their family tree and making one to take home.
The archive-inspired trees can be hung on walls while youngsters can also make their own hearaldic crest, draw their family and have a go at using quill pens.
The sessions run from noon to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday. Sessions are free although donations will be accepted.
Family tree craft also takes place on Saturday and Sunday, January 23 and 24 and 30 and 31 and February 6 and 7.
l The museum and galleries are open Wednesday to Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
