Work set to start on new houses
The sales office to Blyth's latest housing development is set to open.
Ascent Homes has started work on its 38-home development in Plessey Road, Blyth.
The development – called Plessey Green – consists of 26 homes and 12 two-bedroom apartments for private rental overlooking Blyth golf course.
The properties are a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes and two-bedroom bungalows.
To view Ascent Homes finishes, visit the Windsor View showhome in Newbiggin. The sales office is open every Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm.
Prices start from £116,950 for a two-bedroom property and help can be offered from the Government-backed Help To Buy scheme, bringing the price down to £93,560, with deposits as low as five per cent.
