Youngsters from the county have been getting into the groove at a free dance workshop.
The session, ran by Bad Apples Dance and Performance Academy North East, was held at Keel Row Shopping Centre, and saw more than 30 children take part.
As part of of the centre’s free summer holiday activities, the local dance studio held the workshop to give budding dancers the chance to get involved and learn fun new skills including street dance, hula hooping and plate spinning.
Centre manager, Callum Reid, said: “The event had a great turn out with children and young people flocking to Keel Row to learn some new dance moves.
“We hope to work with Bad Apples again in the future to bring similar events to the people of Blyth.”
Caroline Ball from Bad Apples, added: “We had a fantastic time at Keel Row and were thoroughly impressed by the children’s moves.
“We would like to thank everyone who came down.”
