Youngsters from a south east Northumberland school joined fundraisers from across the country to take part in a range events for Comic Relief.
For Red Nose Day, which took place on Friday, March 13, pupils at Meadowdale Academy in Bedlington, held a series of fundraising events.
On the day each class ran a stall including teddy tombola, cakes, nail painting, face painting, soak the teacher and more.
The total amount raised from the event was more than £1,200.
The fundraisers were in good company as people up and down the country took part in weird and wonderful events to raise cash for the charity.
The Red Nose Day night made a record breaking £78m in total, setting the amount raised since the start of Comic Relief 30 years ago to more than £1bn.
