FOULING: Be mindful of residents

editorial image

I live in an area of South Beach Estate, Blyth, with a front garden that is connected to a highway verge, which is maintained by the council.

The area is well frequented by dog walkers, and generally these people are fairly well behaved.

However, a sad few continue to treat the whole of my garden as a dog toilet.

I have to maintain this garden.

And as much as I like dogs, I don’t like having to clean up after them.

I am fairly sure that the perpetrators would be equally annoyed if such fouling happened on their own front lawns.

Please can you pick after your dogs and be a bit mindful of where your dog is fouling, it could be my front garden.
