Michael Nelson’s side will return to competitive action alongside North East rivals Darlington, Gateshead and Spennymoor Town when the North and South divisions get underway on Saturday, August 14.

The usual North East Christmas derbies will form a key part of the festive football feast in the North division and that will kick off on Sunday, December 26, with games also taking place two days later on Bank Holiday Tuesday.

The first games of 2022 are set to take place on Sunday, January 2 – although the National League League have confirmed clubs can move fixtures to New Year’s Day or Monday, January 3.

The final round of fixtures in the North and South division seasons will take place on Saturday, May 7, with play-off games scheduled for between Wednesday 11 and Sunday, May 22.

Details on when the 2021/22 fixtures will be released are yet to be confirmed.

The Green Army will make their long-awaited return to games when the season commences in August and the club have now released more information on how they can purchase a season ticket at Croft Park.
