In the Standard Security Blyth and Wansbeck Sunday League Alan Davision Cup final, Burradon and New Fordley retained the trophy with a win over Bedlington.
Dale Pearson scored a hat-trick in a 3-1 win for the holders. Joe Moscrop scored the Bedlington consolation, although they also missed a penalty when Andy Carr put his spot kick wide.
League secretary and NFA councillor Frank Scanlebury presented the trophies on behalf of sponsor Alan Davison, and he thanked Bedlington Terriers for the use of their facilities.
Ashington Northern reached the final of the J D Marnock Cup when they won 5-2 at Red Lion Earsdon, who had Lee Kelly and Nicky Thompson on target. Goals for Northern came from Daniel McDonald (3), Richard Stobbart and Dieu Lomama.
In the final, Northern will meet the winners of Ashington Station Lounge and High Street semi-final on May 8.
On Sunday Bedlington Red Lion are up against Newsham Victory in the final of the Eric Anderson Cup at Bedlington Terriers’ ground with a 2.30pm kick-off.
In the premier division, Broomhill North End Trap and Ashington Station Lounge produced 14 goals with North End winning 9-5 thanks to goals from Josh Baston (2), Kevin Bell (2), Darren Smith (2), Reece Wright, Max Anderson and Sean Anderson. Damien Stevens led the scoring for Lounge with four, with Chad Miller also on target.
Division one saw Ashington Sporting Club pull off a shock win at home against Blyth High Street, winning 2-0 with goals from Scott Neal and Anthony Richardson.
