The visitors opened the scoring after 38 minutes when Lee Shaw fired low past Harker, and this was the only goal of the first half.
The lead was doubled on 60 minutes when Aaron Martin headed in from a corner.
An unfortunate own goal then saw Guiseley go 3-0 up after 69 minutes, before Robbie Dale pulled one back just a minute later with a shot into the bottom corner.
However, on 75 minutes, Guiseley were awarded a penalty and Martin converted from the spot for his second of the afternoon.
