Bedlington Terriers have renewed their sponsorship deal with Alcyone Healthcare.
Alcyone opened a new home in June to provide a range of essential care services including, day care, respite care and permanent residential care for older persons and people living with dementia.
Managing director Darren Taylor said “We are delighted to offer support to Bedlington Terriers for the second year running.
“It has always been my philosophy to give something back to the local communities in which we work and this provides us with the perfect opportunity.
“I strongly believe in supporting the efforts of others who are working tirelessly to keep traditions and community spirit alive through sporting and social activity and I am delighted that we can help.
“In addition, I believe in creating employment opportunities for local people and wherever possible using local suppliers and contractors.”
Terriers chairman Ronan Liddane said: “We are delighted that Alcyone have agreed to be a donor for the second year running, it’s a much needed boost to the club, and we would encourage the local community to pop into Baedling House as it is a hub for the community with a cafe and hairdressers and has been finished to a very high spec. Well worth a visit.”
