Stobswood are through to the semi-finals of the Morpeth Sunday League George Cave Cup after a convincing 6-0 win over Amble Blue Bell.
The goals came from Steffan Tweddle (2), Jake Baker, Robert Baker, David Brown and Gary McDonald.
Joining them in the last four are Amble Tavern as they clocked up a 10-0 victory over Morpeth Wansbeck.
Josh Hay was on target five times, Calvin Flannigan grabbed a brace and single efforts from Ross Gair, Ali Douglas and Reece Nicholson completed the scoring.
The Wharton Arms needed extra time to overcome HMP Northumberland 4-3 after the game was level at 3-3 after 90 minutes.
Scott Hine found himself on the losing side despite notching a hat-trick in a fine personal display.
On target for The Wharton were Phil Gowens, Chris Dobey, Andy Carr and Simon Cunningham.
The remaining quarter-final between Morpeth Shambles and Ashington RAOB was postponed with the pitch deemed unplayable; a rescheduled date will be set in the new year.
In the only division one game of the day, Bedlington Barrington recorded a comfortable 5-1 win over Bedlington FC thanks to a David Scott double and solitary strikes from Chris Coe, Dan Gray and Jake Gray. The Bedlington FC goal was a penalty from Thomas Truscott.
