The future of Bedlington Terriers Football Club still remains in the hands of the court, after a hearing regarding the winding up petition of the club was adjourned today.
But the Terriers will see out the remainder of the 2012/13 campaign, as a date for the new hearing will be heard after the season ends.
Tristar Construction started legal proceedings with club after a loan taken out in October 2011 was not repaid.
The dispute over the £15,00 has been ongoing for months, and a question mark still hangs over whether Bedlington Terriers will be playing football next season.
The Dr Pitt Welfare Park outfit still have four games left to play out of the current campaign, including a home tie against Hebburn Town and away games at Shildon, Celtic Nation and their last game against Bishop Auckland on May 6 at 11am.
