THE Blyth Valley Pool Association sponsored by Goschen Street Garage & Union Private Hire saw a huge 12-0 win for Blyth Sports Club A over the Brockwell Seam.

Bedlington Station had their match with the Seahorse rearranged and the pressure will be on to get a strong result when the two sides meet.

Blyth Sports B won a decider win 7-6 against Blyth Comrades A, Will Cowling was the hero for the Sports Club in edging the decider against Alan Bell.

Blyth Comrades B had a convincing 10-2 win against Cramlington Village A while Newsham Side Club had a good win beating Annitsford Irish 7-5.

In the final match of the night, Percy won 9-3 against Cramlington Village B and will be needing some big wins if they are going to take the title.

This week is the last 16 of the doubles and 32 of the singles with players striving to get the the finals nights to take the titles and prize money.
