Still all to play for in groups

BLYTH Valley Pool Association sponsored by Goshen Street Garage & Union Private Hire saw the second round of group games for the Super Cup on Thursday.

In group A Bedlington Station remain top after a strong 8-4 win over Comrades A.

Comrades B are second in the group after an 8-4 win against Annitsford Irish Club, and in the final group game Newsham Side Club beat Cramlington Village B 7-5.

In group B The Percy beat Sports Club A 7-5 for the second time this season whilst the Seahorse claimed a massive 10-2 win against the Sports Club B.

In the other match of the group Cramlington Village A recorded their first win of the season, beating the Brockwell Seam 7-5.

This Thursday seems the first round of the singles.
