With the help of grants provided by Blyth Town Council, Blyth Ridley Tennis Club has organised coaching for children interested in developing or improving their skills.
Following the success of this year’s early summer programme and now that the courts have been repainted, the club have decided to extend the programme through the summer holidays.
The coaching will be provided by a licensed coach and is to take place at the courts in Ridley Park, Blyth on early Monday mornings, over six weeks, from July 20.
The club are catering for younger players with mini tennis for seven to ten-year-olds from 10am to 11am. This will be followed by junior tennis for 11+ year-olds from 11am to noon.
In order to make the course self-financing so it can be run in future years, there is a charge of £2 per session, or £6 for the full six-week course.
Places can be booked by contacting Phil Barron on 07711 474 79026 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
