Tim takes Blyth Men’s Darts League singles trophy

Set against a stunning display of silver cups and crystal trophies, the Reay Security Blyth Men’s Darts lLeague held their annual presentation night at the New Delaval and Newsham Social Club.

A packed to capacity crowd watched a well fought out singles final between Tim Arkwright and Mick Latty, both from the Comrades, with Arkwright finally winning the match 3-1.

He was presented with the silver salver and cheque by Mrs Deborah Wheatley, finance director of Storage Equipment Safety Service, on behalf of the committee.

The committee thanked their main sponsor Steven Reay, the landlords of several of the pubs and clubs playing in the league, along with Storage Equipment Safety Service and Victory Sgns of Cramlington.
