A Northumberland gallery is to hold a month-long exhibition by well-known artist Mary Ann Rogers.

The artist, who holds a Best Selling Published Artist award from the Fine Art Trade Guild, will be displaying her work at Blagdon Gallery in the Milkhope Centre.

Ms Rogers is best known for her paintings of hounds, foxes and cockerels, but she has been branching out with a new range entitled Tulipmania.

The exhibition will feature a variety of Ms Rogers’ work throughout this month.

The artist, who is delighted to be returning to the gallery, said: “Blagdon Gallery is very special for me as I have had a continuous relationship with it in one form or another since 1988.

“I am very pleased to be invited back to show my new work.”

The exhibition will open on Sunday, September 15.
