A top musician has been making a noise about cyber safety at a Northumberland school.
Singer songwriter Rich Cottell, who has supported such acts as The Wanted and Jessie J, called into Bedlingtonshire Community High School as part of its e-safety curriculum.

Cottell performed three songs for Year 7, 8 and 9 students, followed by a talk about e-safety, cyber-bullying and privacy settings on social media accounts.
He also discussed how to report posts pupils were uncomfortable about.
Lead practitioner and teacher of ICT Claire Crawford said: “It was an effective way to put across a very important message to students and raise awareness of the dangers within social networking. It was targeted really well.”
