Tribute to theatre’s sell-out spiritualist

Tribute has been paid to famous medium Colin Fry following his death last week.

The spiritualist died in hospital in the early hours of August 25 after being diagnosed with cancer.

He was due to perform a sell-out show at Blyth’s Phoenix Theatre on Saturday, September 19 as part of his anniversary tour.

A statement released on the venue’s website said: “Our sympathies and condolences go out to Colin’s family and friends.

“Colin brought a lot of comfort to his audiences in a career which spanned more than 30 years.”

The Box Office is open Monday to Friday, from 10am to 12.30pm, and from 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.
